  13. I subscribed for Zuku TV & Internet services on Friday last wekk and paid Ksh 5,000/=. Your Texhnicians came to install on Saturday and were unable to do so as the connection box was full and needed to be expanded so they said. After talking to your Sales Rep. George Mutulla he promised it would be done by Tuesday and one day after no reconnection no follow up no update nothing and all my numerous calls and texts to George have all gone unanswered. Well if nothing has happened by tomorrow end of day I will seriously consider revoking my subscription demand a refund and promptly go to JTLK Faiba. This is not what I signed up for at all and it seems Zuku is overstretched. My account no. Is 241458.

  16. hi my account is 228310 i have been having issues with my internet its ever slow it runs the speeds of 100kbps instead of 50mbps you guys tell me what is happening because i cant understand how i am paying 11000 and not getting the service even now there is no internet at all here in kasarani safaricom is doing its connection and i will be considering to cross over nyinyi wasee muwache ujinga

  17. Firdt of all you keep clients waiting for so long.
    Second the customer care person is so rude and unhelpful especially for a first timer like me who needs assistance so I can have the fiber installed in my house.
    Finally you should ensure the people on the stickers going round marketing your zuku are legit and not conmen or women...
